Welcome to Jitak! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile application (“App”) and services. By downloading, accessing, or using Jitak, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent, to use Jitak.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and placing orders.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
By placing an order, you agree to pay the full price displayed in the App, including delivery fees and applicable taxes.
Payments may be processed via third-party providers. We are not responsible for errors caused by such providers.
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled except where permitted in the App.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on restaurant availability, location, and traffic conditions.
You agree to provide an accurate delivery address and be available to receive your order.
You agree not to:
Use the App for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality.
Misuse promotions, offers, or payment methods.
Jitak integrates with third-party services such as Google Maps for location and routing. Your use of such services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Jitak is not responsible for the quality, safety, or preparation of food provided by restaurants.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any damages arising from the use of our App or services.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Jitak if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted in the App with a new effective date.
